After a year away, Hanna Cavinder heading back to college hoops, Miami

Hanna Cavinder is back and ready for action, and she'll be hooping for the school that helped her become a social media sensation.

Sure, she's known more nowadays as one half of "The Cavinder Twins," but Hanna is more than just social media famous. She played for the Miami Hurricanes in 2022-23, averaging 3.8 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 16 minutes per game.

No, she wasn't a star, but she clearly feels her best basketball is ahead of her. While she and her sister, Haley, took last season off to focus on their budding social media and business careers, Hanna announced that she'll be heading back to Miami for her final season of eligibility.

Haley had previously entered the transfer portal to make a comeback at TCU, so both Cavinder Twins are officially back in the game.

There's a good chance that the move won't just correlate to basketball success for the Twins, but they can now get back in the NIL game. They were among the pioneers of college athletes making money via NIL deals having signed with the likes of Raising Cane's, Victoria's Secret PINK, Boost Mobile and Champs Sports.

More deals will likely be on the way for both Hanna and Haley.
